Withdraw and cancelation of services must happen prior to me starting your project. Once I begin the project and use the materials that I have gathered for it, I will have to bill for the materials that I have used unless they can be repurposed.
I will make sure to take care of my customers at every aspect of the process and will make sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
I believe in expressing yourself freely, and except and expect criticism, but I reserve the right to disable any user account for illegal activity, also for abusive or harassing behavior to any of our customers or staff if applicable. Such actions will not be tolerated.

Return and Refund Policy

It is my goal to get you the product that you want I will do everything in my control to make sure that happens. I do understand that things happen but due to the nature of the work, each item will have to be handled slightly different . I will contact you and go over everything including a Return and Refund policy.

Customer service Is very important to me and will always remain one of my top goals while working with you to create something you love. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Due to the fact that the orders are customizable products that cannot be resold, and the time that goes into preparing, setting up, and making each product can be quite intensive, I cannot issue a return for mistakes made by the customer when ordering the product, although there may be exceptions made. I will always try to work something out. Please be very careful when explaining your customizations.

The shipping obligation will be decided upon the issue arising, but if it was a mistake made by myself, the customer will not be obligated to cover any further expenses, and I will make sure you are takin care of quickly.
