Custom orders
On customer orders, all sells our final, once I either start the project or purchase the materials for the job.. I will send you a confirmation message approving the design. Please look over everything very carefully. After I get the ok for the design, receive the initial payment, and start working on the piece, your initial payment covering materials is locked in. At that point, I will not be able to refund the Deposit If you change your mind or notice any further mistake.
If I make a mistake, I will cover the shipping and make the changes, repairs or replacement without charge.
With exceptions, I own and retain all the rights to my personal artwork and IP. You are not purchasing the right to reuse, distribute or sell any of the engraved designs, artwork, or graphic designs that I produce. If you would like to attempt to recreate any of my designs, please feel free to do so for personal use, and I wish you the best at it. Just do not try selling it and calling it your own.

Returns
I do except returns on all premade pieces with exceptions . You have 15 days, from the day you receive your order to reach out to me in case you change your mind. I want to provide the best customer service possible, therefore if you have any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out. There my be exceptions for specific circumstances. I am completely ok with you wearing my artwork for a few days, and deciding that you are not in love with it. I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Pleases contact me and let me know and we can arrange the return. After I receive the return and inspect it, as long as everything looks good, I will then refund your order. You will be refunded the cost of the item, but not the cost of shipping.
If the item has been altered, destroyed, or elements removed from the work, it will be shipped back to you at your expense, and you will not be refunded your money.
(If I make a mistake and you have to make a return, I cover shipping and fees.)
